Which HOVE is right for me?
HOVE wraps your neck with heat and pulse massage. HOVE POD is two wireless pulse pods you can stick on your neck, shoulders, lower back or arms. HOVE HUB is a strap-on mugwort warmer for your neck, waist, knees or arms.
How often do I need refills?
HOVE POD gel pads come 12 to a pack, a month’s supply. HOVE HUB mugwort tablets come 30 to a pack, one per session for a month. HOVE itself needs no refills.
What is shipping protection?
An optional add-on that covers your order if it’s lost, stolen or damaged in transit. It’s added to your bag for you, and you can switch it off there with one tap.
How long is a session?
HOVE switches itself off after 15 minutes, so you can relax without watching the clock.
How strong is the pulse?
There are three pulse modes and 15 intensity levels. Start at level 1 and turn it up slowly with the + button on the remote.
Can I turn the heat off?
Yes. The heat button on the remote turns the warm pads on or off.
Will it fit me?
The open, headphone-style band opens wide and fits most necks. It rests on your shoulders and weighs about half a pound.
How do I charge it?
Use the included Micro USB cable with any USB phone charger. A full charge takes about 1.5 hours. The light blinks red while charging and stays red when it’s full. Wall plug not included.
Who shouldn’t use HOVE?
Don’t use HOVE if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, a heart condition or epilepsy, or are pregnant, unless your doctor says it’s OK. Use it on the back of the neck and shoulders only, never on the front of the neck or on broken skin.
