How long is a session?
HOVE switches itself off after 15 minutes, so you can relax without watching the clock.
How strong is the pulse?
There are three pulse modes and 15 intensity levels. Start at level 1 and turn it up slowly with the + button on the remote.
Can I turn the heat off?
Yes. The heat button on the remote turns the warm pads on or off.
Will it fit me?
The open, headphone-style band opens wide and fits most necks. It rests on your shoulders and weighs about half a pound.
How do I charge it?
Use the included Micro USB cable with any USB phone charger. A full charge takes about 1.5 hours. The light blinks red while charging and stays red when it’s full. Wall plug not included.
